Very clean rooms - its a brand new renovated hotel, taken over by Marriott (used to be the Ramada - hence the older reviews). Each room has its own kitchenette with all the utensils one would need to cook in a space including dishwasher. Free YouTube. Hot breakfast was included (quiches, sausages, cereal, yogurt, milk, bagels, muffins, croissants, jams, coffee/tea, fruit). Staff was absolutely wonderful and were ready to help as needed. There were no towels by the pool and within minutes of asking, they had brought them down. They also have a small gym. Location is about 6-8 mins away from the Falls. There is a WEGO station for anyone who doesn't want to drive around and would rather get the pass. Highly recommend, especially for the price and the newness of the hotel.

It’s quite new and clean. We booked two queen beds, but the beds feels smaller than the queen beds at home so it was difficult to navigate with a toddler when they sleep and spin. My friends family felt the same way. The pillows are filled with down and they deflate too low - we didn’t explore options of changing pillows but it was not super comfy. We might come back but will definitely choose a bigger bed option and request different pillow / bring our own. Breakfast was very organized, not bad at all for the price. There is a WEGO station right outside and will take you to the tourism areas easily.

Just recently stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Niagara Falls Canada. It was a very nice hotel, modern and clean. Rooms were spacious and with it being an extended stay hotel, has a kitchenette in the room which was very nice. Location was very handy. Not close to the main area of Niagara but walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls. There is also the WeGo bus stop right outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly. I knocked one star off because the breakfast options could have been a bit better, but good enough for a quick breakfast. Very happy with my decision to stay at this property. And will be recommending it to others.

My stay at TownePlace Suites was beyond amazing! The cleanliness really stood out, from the spotless room to the inviting pool. Every time we went for a swim, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, which was awesome. The king and sofa suite was the perfect size, offering great value for the price. And let's not forget the breakfast – so much to choose from, with plenty of hot options. Highly recommend!

Great hotel in Niagara Falls for Family and long stays. What i liked: Nice and clean hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are not specious but very functional and well equipped. Full kitchen is great for long stays. Good selection of breakfast items. What I did not like: It’s not in downtown Niagara Falls, so no reason for additional parking fees. Thermostat in the room doesn’t have “Fan” only option. The complementary coffee is not available all day. Only the morning breakfast crew fills it and once it’s done, they don’t refill it rest of the day.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Townplace location which was fairly close to the Falls. The place is newly renovated and next to a Buddhist museum. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities with a full kitchen. There was not much room with the two queen beds but the space worked out very well for our stay. The breakfast was not bad at all compared to other Townplace or Residence Inn locations in the US. I only gave 4 stars for the service because one of the front desk gentlemen was not helpful at all regarding the dryer which took my money. Basically, he told me to try a different one, I won’t be able to get my money back and there is no number to call. However, service from the other agents I encountered were great. I would definitely stay again if visiting the same area.

Great new hotel, service is decent. Needs a little more attention to detail from a cleanliness perspective. Breakfast buffet is good. Want to specifically call out great vegetarian options which can at times be hit and miss. It was surprisingly good to have not just potatoes but also a veggie patty. This is a particularly good investment as they could have just gone with baked beans which is more universal but they went out of their way for this specifically for vegetarians. Appreciate the effort.

My stay here was pretty positive. The room was clean and nice. The staff helped me print out papers I needed, however when I requested dental kits they had forgotten about it until I requested them again in the morning. There was lots of parking available and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall a great stay for the price.
